ISLAMABAD: The government’s counsel on Friday – in the alleged abduction case of IT expert Sajid Mehmood – sought time from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to prepare the case.
A single bench of the court – presided over by Justice Athar Minallah–heard the petition filed that accuses alleged abduction of the IT expert. Khawaja Imtiaz represented the government in the court and sought time from the court for preparation of the case – which the IHC accepted and adjourned the hearing of the case till November 18.
Earlier, the victim’s wife – Mahira Sajid – had filed a petition in IHC against the alleged abduction of her husband.
