KHAIRPUR: Bhittai Chair of Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur arranged the birthday celebration of globally recognized poet Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai at University on Friday.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Khushk, Dean, Faculty of Arts & Languages presided over the birthday.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Khushk said, I congratulate Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Khokhar, Director, Bhittai Chair for organizing 336th Birthday of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai. He remarked that Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai is our national asset and to promote his message is our national and moral duty.
Earlier, Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Khokhar, Muhammad Hassan Shaikh and others highlighted the importance of message of Latif in life of nation.
Meanwhile, the cake cutting ceremony was also performed. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Khushk along with faculty members performed the cake cutting ceremony.
